Ski Mountains in the Rockies

Rockies is FirstChair's second-biggest region at 77 mountains, and it's where most passes' marquee names live: Vail, Park City, Breckenridge, and Keystone on Epic; Aspen Snowmass, Jackson Hole, Big Sky, and Steamboat on Ikon and Mountain Collective. This is Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho - high elevation, dry snow, and the resorts most people picture when they imagine a big Western ski trip. It also has real depth beyond the famous names, with smaller mountains like Beaver Mountain and Antelope Butte giving locals options that don't require fighting I-70 traffic every weekend.
