About Winter Park
Winter Park Resort is Colorado's oldest continuously operating ski area, about 67 miles from Denver via US-40, and it rides the Ikon Pass. The mountain rises 3,060 vertical feet across 166 trails and 23 lifts, spanning connected terrain at Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Vasquez Ridge. Mary Jane in particular has a long-standing reputation for bump runs and glades that reward strong intermediates and experts. Nearly 345 inches of snow falls here most years.
