Sun Valley's skiing centers on Bald Mountain's 3,400-foot vertical, complemented by the gentler Dollar Mountain nearby, for a combined 124 trails and 17 lifts. It carries both Ikon and Mountain Collective access, and Bald Mountain's runs fall largely summit-to-base with few flat cat-track connectors. Sun Valley Lodge sits at the bottom of it all, an easy walk from the closest lifts.
