About Eagle Point Resort
Eagle Point sits above Beaver, Utah, on the west side of the state's high plateau country, well south of the crowded Wasatch resorts. The resort is closed for the entire 2026-27 season: the human-caused Cottonwood Fire burned roughly half its 600 skiable acres in June 2026, destroyed Canyonside Lodge, and damaged four of its five chairlifts, and flooding on the burn scar then washed out State Route 153, its only paved access road. Eagle Point remains an Indy Pass partner and plans to reopen once repairs and inspections are complete, but there's no skiing here this winter.
