About Buttermilk Ski Resort
Buttermilk is the gentlest of the four Aspen Snowmass mountains in Colorado, built around beginner and family terrain, and it carries both Mountain Collective and Ikon access. The mountain drops 2,030 feet across 44 trails served by 8 lifts. No uphill or camping program comes with the resort's own ticketing. Buttermilk has also hosted the Winter X Games multiple times, giving it a dedicated terrain-park pedigree alongside its reputation as a learn-to-ski mountain.
