About Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort
Wilmot Mountain sits right on the Wisconsin-Illinois border, which has made it the default ski hill for generations of Chicago-area families. Vail Resorts folded it into the Epic Pass network in 2016, well before the bigger 2019 Peak Resorts acquisition brought in most of its Midwest siblings. It's built for short, frequent trips rather than a destination vacation - night skiing, tubing, and a lift line that moves fast on a Tuesday evening.
