About Alpine Valley
Alpine Valley Resort, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, is a four-season resort with a dozen slopes and its own golf course, and it runs independently of the big national passes - its season pass instead covers a small group of sister hills across the upper Midwest. That makes it a different animal from the Ohio ski area of the same name that Vail Resorts owns on the Epic Pass, a coincidence worth double-checking before you buy a pass.
