Villa Roma is first and foremost a four-season resort and conference center in Callicoon, and its ski hill reflects that -- three slopes and two snow-tubing lanes served by a single chairlift, backed by 100% snowmaking to keep things reliable through a short season. It typically runs Fridays through Sundays plus holiday stretches once it opens in late December. There's a ski school for kids and beginners, rental gear, and a chalet for warming up between runs. It isn't chasing Epic, Ikon, or Indy skiers; it's a low-key add-on for guests already staying at the resort.
