About Snowriver Mountain Resort
Snowriver Mountain Resort unites two former Upper Peninsula rivals, Indianhead (now Jackson Creek) and Blackjack (now Black River), into one Big Snow Country destination near Wakefield, Michigan. It gets roughly 200 inches of lake-effect snow a year across 71 trails and 11 lifts, and it dropped the Indy Pass for 2026-27 to join Ikon exclusively.
