Kitzbueheler Alpen isn't a single ski area but the marketing name for the wider Tyrolean region around Kirchberg and Kitzbühel, home turf of the regional tourism association based there. Skiing here actually splits between two separate networks: KitzSki, the Kitzbuhel-Kirchberg circuit famous for the Streif downhill course, and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental villages just over the ridge. They're on different lift tickets and different multi-resort passes, so treat this as a regional label rather than a place with its own lifts, and check which specific ski area you're booking before you buy a pass.
