About Going am Wilden Kaiser

Going am Wilden Kaiser sits at the eastern edge of the SkiWelt network, generally quieter than Soll or Ellmau and reputed to hold snow a little better thanks to its position. The four-seat Astbergbahn chairlift is the local way in, feeding onto the same shared lift system that spans the rest of SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. Like Ellmau next door, it's popped up as a filming backdrop for the Austrian series Der Bergdoktor. It's an Indy Pass stop through the SkiWelt partnership, worth a look if you want SkiWelt without the biggest crowds.
