About Kitzbühel

Kitzbuehel is one of the Alps' most storied ski towns, home to the Hahnenkamm World Cup races and the legendary Streif downhill course that terrifies even top racers every January. Its ski area joined the Ikon Pass in 2021, opening up 233 kilometers of Austrian terrain to US pass holders. Beyond the racing pedigree, it's known for a genuinely historic old town and an apres-ski scene as serious as the skiing.
