About Giants Ridge
Giants Ridge rises from Minnesota's Iron Range above the town of Biwabik, a state-backed area with 500 feet of vertical, some 35 runs, and 202 skiable acres. Long the Midwest's benchmark for grooming and race training, it joined the Ikon Pass for 2026-27 with two days of access, putting it on the national pass map. Its lift fleet is modern for the region, and the adjacent Nordic trail network ranks among the best in the country.
