About Victor Constant
Victor Constant is the Army's own ski hill, run by the U.S. Military Academy at the gates of West Point and named for the cadet coach who built it in 1946 (skiing on the site dates to 1939). It's small -- one chairlift and one cable tow serving a handful of runs -- but it has full snowmaking, grooming, a terrain park, and lit night skiing on weekday evenings. Weekends are reserved for cadets and military families; the public can ski it Monday through Friday, 3 to 9pm. There's no commercial pass tie-in -- a working Army hill first.
