Detroit Mountain is a nonprofit recreation area in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, built and run by the local community rather than a corporate owner. Its 210-foot vertical spreads across 21 runs and two terrain parks, served by triple chairlifts, magic carpets for beginners, and a dedicated tubing hill with its own lift. Night skiing extends the day, and it's part of the Indy Pass lineup.
