About Methow Trails XC
Methow Trails bills itself as the largest cross-country ski area in North America, and the numbers back it up: over 200 km of groomed track radiating out from Winthrop into the surrounding valley. Kids 18 and under and adults 75-plus ski free every day, a rare bit of generosity for a network this size. It's part of the Indy Pass's cross-country lineup, giving visiting skiers an easy way to sample the Methow Valley's snow.
