Ski Mountains in Finland
Finland arrives on FirstChair with Levi, the country's largest ski resort, set in Kittilä in Finnish Lapland above the Arctic Circle and on the Indy Pass. Levi's vertical is modest, but 27 lifts serve 43 pistes across a broad fell alongside more than 230 kilometers of cross-country trails and one of the longest seasons anywhere, running from October into May. An annual Alpine World Cup slalom, Northern Lights viewing, and a walkable village make it as much a winter destination as a ski hill.
