Whitetail Resort sits on Two Top Mountain in the Tuscarora range of south-central Pennsylvania, about ninety minutes from DC and Baltimore. Part of the Epic Pass through Vail Resorts, it offers a 935-foot vertical drop across 20 trails and 8 lifts, plus two terrain parks and a snowtubing area. It's known locally for wide, forgiving beginner runs, which makes it a popular first mountain for weekend day-trippers out of the mid-Atlantic corridor rather than a serious powder destination.
