About Valmorel
Valmorel is a purpose-built resort in Savoie's Tarentaise Valley, part of the Le Grand Domaine ski area linking to St. Francois Longchamp. Terrain runs from 1,200m to 2,550m, a 4,429-foot vertical served by 30 lifts across 165 km of pistes, mostly gentle and intermediate with wide, sunny bowls suited to families and early advancing skiers. The car-free village center sits close to the slopes, and four secured freeride zones add off-piste variety. Valmorel joined the Indy Pass for the 2026-27 season.
