About Silver Star Mountain Resort
Silver Star sits above Vernon in British Columbia's Okanagan, its 3,304 skiable acres making it one of Canada's largest resorts. A 2,494-foot vertical spans mellow village-front cruisers to the steep gladed chutes of Putnam Creek, and the colorful mid-mountain village is genuinely ski-in/ski-out. After two seasons as a limited Ikon partner, it moves to full seven-day Ikon access for 2026-27. Fog-frosted 'snow ghosts' line the summit, and 276 inches of dry Okanagan powder fall in an average year.
