About Northern Maine Community Trails
Northern Maine Community Trails is a nonprofit Nordic and multi-use trail network on 750 wooded acres outside Presque Isle in Maine's Aroostook County, built around a former world-class biathlon venue. The system offers about 24 km across 16 trails for classic and skate skiing, groomed for all abilities, plus lodge rentals and a disc golf course in summer. Revitalized by a local nonprofit in 2024, the community-run center joined the Indy Pass for the 2026-27 season.
