About Golden Nordic Ski Club - Dawn Mountain Trails
Golden Nordic Ski Club runs the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre, a short hop from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, with 33 km of groomed classic and skate track plus a 4 km snowshoe loop. The geothermally heated Dawn Mountain Chalet gives skiers a warm place to wax up or wait out the weather. Like much of the Kootenay Nordic circuit, it's part of the Indy Pass network, making it an easy add-on for anyone already headed to Golden for the alpine.
