About Björkliden
Björkliden is a historic Arctic ski resort located 250 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle in Swedish Lapland. Surrounded by wild Scandinavian peaks and overlooking Lake Torneträsk, the mountain offers 1,640 feet of vertical drop and 23 groomed pistes served by five lifts, along with vast untamed off-piste touring. A sister resort to nearby freeride mecca Riksgränsen, Björkliden provides authentic high-latitude skiing under the Northern Lights and midnight sun. It joined the Indy Pass for the 2026-27 season, extending two days of Nordic adventure to global passholders.
